Extracurricular Activities

We have a lot going on every day as part of our curriculum, our staff teach foreign languages, a variety of physical activities, cooking and lots more.

The afternoon clubs with our extracurricular coaches are on offer for all children to attend. ABS Sports Stars, Tennis, Spanish, Cooking/Baking club, Ian's Music Sessions and Lucy Sparkles are all included within the fees. Our aim as a nursery to provide everyone with the same opportunity to be exposed to a variety of different activities which develops the children's knowledge and understanding of the world around them.

MONDAY 1PM & 1.30PM - ABC Sports Stars

Our company Ethos is something we look to sustain throughout everything we do. We provide a unique learning structure to make sure children have fun within every environment. We use a variety of different activities to make this possible. Our main focus is using our philosophy ABC (agility, balance and co-ordination) to create sports stars of the future whilst incorporating the EYFS guidelines in all of our sessions. Our other methods include using focused topics each months for children to learn a new skill, for example each month we will teach children the skills to Throw & Catch with progressions. With the following month playing games which include the skills learnt prior, giving children time to express themselves through learning.

TUESDAY 1.30PM, 2PM AND 2.30PM – LITTLE RACKETS

We are an established tennis coaching company bringing fun, games and valuable hand-eye coordination skills to children of ages 2+ across south London. At Little Rackets we believe that tennis is a great way of improving children's gross and receptive motor skills, so we have designed our classes to do just that, in the form of fun and engaging games. We teach our Little Rackets racket and ball skills in a sociable and interactive environment, with the aim of improving confidence, while also supporting each child in achieving their individual Little Racket goals. We aim to make smiles, encourage an active lifestyle and share our love for the sport.

WEDNESDAY 2.30PM & 3PM – LA OLA SPANISH
